The workouts

This is full-body Sculpt with intention, designed to rebuild strength and connection. Think: amped up Stroller Sculpt with props🌶️

  • Pilates precision and control

  • Strength training intensity

  • Deep core + pelvic floor integration

  • Smart, efficient programming that actually works

  • Minimal props: a mat, dumbbells, yoga block, Pilates ball, & resistance loop

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, with modifications.

    The workouts blend Pilates and strength training and are designed with core and pelvic floor awareness. Every pregnancy is different, so always check with your provider if you’re unsure.

    That said: this program is designed more for postpartum moms who are ready to train consistently, so if you’re looking for more birth prep focused movement - check out the Pelvic Floor Birth Prep Blueprint!

  • If you’re newly postpartum, I recommend being at least 8 weeks postpartum (or cleared by your provider) before joining.

    If you’re earlier than that, your body is still in a crucial healing phase and I want you focusing on foundational recovery first.

    If you’re in that 6–12 week postpartum window, you can absolutely join. I always recommend you move at your own pace and take the modifications provided.

  • Totally okay!

    Live workouts are ideal for momentum and accountability, but replays will be available so you can still complete the workouts later that day - or when your schedule allows- if life gets chaotic (because… kids).

    The goal is consistency, not perfection.

  • Heck yes!

    There will be a Spring Into Strength group chat where moms can:

    • Check in after workouts

    • Share wins

    • Stay motivated

    • Support each other throughout the month

    Honestly, this is usually where the magic happens🪄

  • Minimal equipment is recommended, but we’ll keep it simple.

    • Light to medium dumbbells

    • A mat

    • Yoga block

    • Pilates ball

    • Resistance band

    If you don’t have equipment, you can still participate.

  • You’re busy, that’s not changing.

    That’s why this works. The workouts are:

    • 30–40 minutes

    • Scheduled at the same time every day

    • Designed to be efficient and effective

    No thinking. No planning. No wasted time. You just show up (or press play) and get it done. You don’t need motivation, you need a space that makes it easier to show up.

Meet your trainer

Hi mama, I’m Sam - a mom of two and a pre/postnatal corrective exercise specialist with over 10 years of experience in training, Barre, and Pilates.

I’m also the founder of Stroller Sculpt, where I’ve helped thousands of moms rebuild strength safely and effectively after having babies.

This program actually started with a conversation with my best friend. She was 8 weeks postpartum and said, “I want to get into the best shape of my life.”
I said challenge accepted.

But truthfully, this has been on my heart for a while.

I see so many of you at Stroller Sculpt each week, and you consistently ask for more workouts like this. And I’ve seen the same pattern with my private clients too - moving once a week feels good, but it’s not enough to create real change.

So I built this for the mom who’s done waiting.
