STROLLER SCULPT

Not your mom’s “mommy & me” class...This is a community of mothers coming together to move, connect, and support each other through every season of motherhood. Designed for pregnancy & postpartum, Stroller Sculpt offers a space to rebuild strength, connection, and community.

Led by a Pre/Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist, Stroller Sculpt combines expert guidance with intentional movement that meets mothers exactly where they are — with movement safe for diastasis recti and cesarean healing.

The only rule at Stroller Sculpt: the babies make the rules. Feed, change, rock, or stroll as needed, you’re surrounded by moms who get it.

Strollers and babies are optional, all ages welcome. BYOM bring your own mat.

What the mamas are saying

  • Can’t say enough AMAZING things about this class, the instructor, and all the mommas that come! This prenatal and postpartum friendly workout targets all the right spots. A great workout while meeting new mommy and baby friends!

  • That class was perfect for me as a 3 month postpartum mama. It was relaxing as well as rejuvenating and made me feel so much more connected to my mind and body! It’s great to have found a class that is realistic for healing mamas and eases you back into working out. Can’t wait to do more!

  • Loved stroller sculpt! Sam was so positive and helpful with correcting our bodies to make sure we were getting the most from our workout. Was nice to be with other moms and enjoying time together with our little ones of all ages.

    Lindi

  • This class is friendly for all levels! A great challenge but gentle enough for whatever needs your body has. It’s also great for moms because of how casual it is. No big deal if you roll in late or need to feed it tend to your baby/child during class.

  • Sam was really great. Knew a lot of the moms & babies by name, gave modifications & room to work at your own pace but still a solid core workout!

    Beth

  • Sam is always understanding and supportive when it comes to taking breaks for breastfeeding or attending to the little one. You also get to meet other moms during her class. Everyone is friendly and supportive, and it really feels like we're all in it together.
