I’m a Prenatal and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist with over 10 years of experience teaching Pilates and Barre and a B.Sc. in Kinesiology, Exercise Science. After having my first son, I was searching for a way to stay active while bonding with my baby and meeting other moms—this led me to create Stroller Sculpt!
Stroller Sculpt is a one-of-a-kind workout combining Pilates and core + pelvic floor rehab, designed to help moms build strength safely while making new mom friends!
