Small group training is a 6-week program offered every quarter, and it’s by far the most-loved program by the mamas! We meet 1x week for 6 weeks (on zoom) and the accountability group chat is always a hit🔥 Plus you’ll get a 6-week calendar of video workouts you can do from home. So whether you’re pregnant, early postpartum or 6+ months postpartum, there’s a group and workout calendar tailored to your needs!
