Sam Freed, Founder of Humanlywell

Sam Freed is a mom of two and a certified Pre & Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist with a B.Sc in Kinesiology. She’s spent over a decade training thousands of women through pregnancy, postpartum, and every stage of motherhood. Sam is also certified in Barre and Pilates, blending science and movement with motherhood. Her approach is practical, empowering, and rooted in helping women feel strong and supported at every stage.
Danielle Wiley, Founder of Embody

Danielle is a comprehensively certified Pilates and barre instructor, personal trainer, and movement coach with a passion for supporting people through all stages of life. Drawing from her background as a professional dancer and years of experience working with prenatal, postpartum clients. Danielle’s holistic, sustainable approach blends Pilates, barre, functional fitness, and mindful body mechanics to promote long-term well-being. She is also excited to be welcoming her first child, a baby girl, this fall.
