Pregnancy Movement Method

Personalized movement support for YOUR pregnancy.

Your body changes every week during pregnancy. Your workouts need to change with it.

The Pregnancy Movement Method is 4 weeks of personalized movement coaching designed to help you feel stronger, more comfortable, and more confident exercising throughout pregnancy. This isn't a generic prenatal workout plan. And it's not just a one-time Zoom session where I give you a handful of exercises and send you on your way. It's ongoing support, tailored to you.

Because pregnancy isn't one-size-fits-all.

Maybe your back is suddenly bothering you. Maybe running doesn't feel the same anymore. Maybe you're noticing pelvic pressure, leaking, coning, heaviness, discomfort, or you're just not sure what you should be doing as your body changes.

You don't necessarily need to stop moving. You just need a different strategy.

Here's how it works

1. Start with a 1:1 virtual session

We'll spend 60 minutes talking through:

  • Your current stage of pregnancy

  • Your symptoms and concerns

  • Your current workouts

  • Your movement history

  • Your goals for pregnancy

  • Core and pelvic floor considerations

  • Breathing and pressure management

  • What feels good, what doesn't, and what's changed

We'll use that information to create your individualized movement strategy.

2. Get your personalized weekly plan

Each week, I'll recommend the workouts and movement strategies that make the most sense for your body right now.

This may include:

  • Symptom-specific routines

  • Strength and mobility work

  • Core + pelvic floor strategies

  • Breathing/pressure management

  • Variations for movements that aren't feeling great

  • Recommendations for what to emphasize as your pregnancy progresses

You won't have to spend hours wondering: “Is this workout still right for me?” I'll help you figure that out.

3. Weekly check-ins

Every week, you'll check in with me about how you're feeling, what's changing, and how your workouts are going.

Then we'll adjust your plan accordingly. Because the workout that felt amazing at 20 weeks might not feel so amazing at 24. Your plan should be able to change with you.

4. Messaging support

You'll also have access to me throughout the 4 weeks for pregnancy movement questions and guidance.

Have a movement you're suddenly unsure about? Not sure how to approach a symptom during a workout? Something that used to feel good doesn't anymore?

You can reach out. This is personalized coaching, not a workout library you have to navigate alone.

Who this is for

This is for you if you:

  • Want to stay active during pregnancy but aren't sure how to adapt your workouts

  • Are experiencing pregnancy-related aches, discomfort, or movement changes

  • Want more individualized support than an app or generic prenatal program can provide

  • Want to understand why certain movements may feel better or worse

  • Want someone knowledgeable in prenatal movement in your corner as your body changes

  • Want to feel confident rather than constantly second-guessing your workouts

This is not medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. I'll stay within my scope as a prenatal corrective exercise specialist and refer you to your OB/midwife, pelvic floor PT, or other healthcare provider when something falls outside of movement coaching.
